PANBENU provides wide ranges of pneumatic cylinders to support the big industry system and daily increasing personalized demands. The pneumatic cylinders are always called acting components,which are widely used with straight trip valves. For example the pneumatic gate valves, the pneumatic knife valves, slide damper, the parallel slide valves and the rods valve. The cylinders are including standard cylinder and non-standard cylinder. The bore sizes ranges of the cylinders are from 6 to 600mm. The cylinders are according to ISO15552,ISO6431,DIN24335 standard. PANBENU manufactures the key parts of the cylinders,from die-casting,aluminum profile precision draw, maching,casting’s shot blasting,air tightness assurance through the impregnation by vacuum pressure and passivation treatment,aluminum profile surface oxidation treatment, to assembling and testing, for better quality control. All dynamic seals use the PU material. The magnets built into the wearring groove, the wider is more than 2.5 times.  They increase the oriented capability and the concentricity. Useing more strong bronze self-lubricating bearings, resistance to lateral load capacity than most of the cylinders. The piston seals use two Y type PU seals and have the automatic compensation function and the start-up pressure is low. The unique design of the buffer adjustment on the basis of air cushion on both ends, changed the conventional packing of the O - RING structure, designed to be wide thick cushion, forming double buffering structure so that the end covers of cylinder piston get very good protection and longer life.
