Technical Parameter

◆ Operating media: Dry or lubricated air, or inert gases, which should be compatible with the inside parts and lubricant of the cylinder. The temperature of the operating media is a minimum of －20℃.The dimension of the impure paraticle is at the largest of 30μ. If the positioner is needed,the dimension may be at the largest of 5μ.

◆ Air pressure: 3bar ～8bar

◆ Operating temperature:

                Standard: －20℃～＋80℃

                Low temperature: －40℃～＋80℃

                High temperature: －20℃～＋160℃

◆ Lubrication: Under normal operating conditions, the standard needs not accrue lubricant.

The function and usage of the actuator and the accessories

◆ Double action actuator: open and close the valve

◆ Single action actuator(Spring return):When air or power is lost, the actuator either closes the valve automatically (often-closed style) or opens the valve automatically (often-open style)

◆ Double-control solenoid valve: power to one solenoid opens the valve, power to the other solenoid closes the valve. This kind of solenoid possesses the memorial function(available for explosion proof)

◆ Single-control solenoid valve:power to the solenoid opens or closes the valve. Loss of power will close or open the valve(available for explosion proof)

◆ Limit switch box(signal feedback):remotely passes the signal of the valve’s opened and closed status(available for explosion proof)

◆ Pneumatic positioner: according to the air pressure(0.2～1bar)to control the medium flux(available for explosion proof)

◆ Electric positioner: according to the electric current(4～20mA)to control the medium flux(available for explosion proof)

◆ Electric-pneumatic transfer: transfers the current signal to air pressure signal for compatibility with positioner
